Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. nnakina.com is built to use as few as possible. Advertising cookies are used only if you click “Accept.” Everything on the Site works the same if you decline.

Your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept advertising cookies. Nothing optional loads until you choose. You can change your choice at any time:

What the Site itself stores

NamePurposeDuration
nnk_consentRemembers whether you accepted or declined advertising cookies, so the banner is not shown again. Stored in your browser’s local storage, never sent to us.12 months

Advertising cookies (only if you accept)

If you accept, the Site loads the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It records page views and a few actions (subscribing to the newsletter, opening the workbook checkout, clicking to email us or request a speaker) so we can measure our ads and show our updates to people who have visited. Meta may combine this with information it holds about you if you use Facebook or Instagram, under Meta’s Privacy Policy.

NameSet byPurposeDuration
_fbpMetaIdentifies your browser so Meta can measure ad results and deliver ads to past visitors.90 days
_fbcMetaSet when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, to credit that ad.90 days

You can also control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Checkout (only when you choose to buy)

The workbook checkout loads only after you click “Buy.” At that point, our checkout and payment providers may set cookies that are strictly necessary to run the checkout, keep your session secure and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by those providers’ own policies.

Fonts

The Site’s typefaces are delivered by a third-party font service. Your browser connects to that service to download them, which shares your IP address with it. The font service does not set cookies.

Links to other sites

When you follow a link to another site (for example, the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, the Xi‑Amaru Republic, or our social media pages), that site’s own cookie policy applies. Before you leave nnakina.com, the Site tells you where you are going.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking checkout cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase. If we add any other optional cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
