No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EVERY PURCHASE MADE THROUGH NNAKINA.COM IS STRICTLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Please read this policy before you buy. By completing a purchase, you voluntarily agree to it.

1. No refunds

Our products are digital and are delivered immediately after payment, so they cannot be returned. No refunds, credits or exchanges are given for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Not reading, downloading or using the product
• Dissatisfaction with the content, format or length
• Purchasing by mistake or buying a product you already own
• Expecting legal, financial or personal results from educational material
• Any other reason whatsoever

2. Your agreement at checkout

Before you can pay, the checkout asks you to agree to this policy and to our Terms & Conditions. That agreement, together with the record of your payment and the delivery of your download, is our proof that you accepted this policy voluntarily and with full knowledge.

3. Help with your download

If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, email order@nnakina.com. We will help you access the product you purchased. This is support, not a refund.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before contacting your bank. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy is a material violation of our Terms & Conditions. We will submit your agreement, purchase record and proof of delivery to the payment processor, and your license and access to all of our products may be permanently revoked.

5. Speaking engagements

Fees, deposits and cancellation terms for speaking engagements are set in the written agreement for each engagement.

6. Courses on the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice website

Courses purchased on aboriginalministryofjustice.org are governed by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice’s own Terms & Conditions, under which all fees are non-refundable.
