Jurisdiction

nnakina.com (the ‘Site’) is the official website of Chief Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears (‘Nnakina,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’), a business established and operating under the jurisdiction of the Xi‑Amaru Republic, an Indigenous autonomous self-governing nation formally established December 17, 2022, whose administrative authority is the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice (AMJ). The Republic’s authority is grounded in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP, UN Resolution 61/295) and the American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP, OAS AG/RES. 2888 (XLVI-O/16)). Information about the Xi‑Amaru Republic and the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice is shared for education. Official determinations, credentials and services come only from AMJ through its own website and procedures.
